Refund Policy
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the delicate nature of our products (dried wheat flowers and ornaments), immediate inspection upon delivery is required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A video unboxing is highly recommended as proof of condition upon arrival.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@astralogic.info If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We cannot process claims reported more than 24 hours after the delivery timestamp.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Perishable goods (such as dried flowers) and custom products cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
